Architectural Patents
Architects and other design professionals are now looking to patents as important tools in the building of a successful and profitable practice. Patents can produce extended income streams by capturing intellectual property rights for inventive technologies developed during all phases of a project. A patent provides valuable rights beyond the traditional copyright protection on which architects and other design professionals have long relied.
Whether you intend to bring an original idea or concept directly into the marketplace or pursue licensing income, the filing of a quality patent can be an essential first step in the profitable advancement of your inventive technology.
Our patent firm has prepared and filed numerous U.S. and International patents covering a wide range of architectural, building, and construction technologies including architectural components, green building technologies, planning software, construction document preparation software, construction tools, safety apparatus, HVAC technology, solar control system, environmental monitoring, fire control apparatus, and integrated architectural data networks.
We have the technical experience and legal know-how to search your technology, prepare and file your patent, and represent you before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
In addition, our services are provided on a FIXED FEE BASIS. This allows you to predictably budget your intellectual property services and related legal work.
Avoid the common patent mistakes do-it yourself filers make. Patent searching prior art is a prerequisite to determining the patentability of your valuable invention. Learn strategies for licensing and marketing your patent. Many inventors providing innovation in all fields should take advantage of Stoneman Volk Patent Group's boutique quality & low fixed fees.

Interactive Graphics-Based Planning Systems

This invention relates to providing a system for project planning and
scheduling which supports simplified, interactive, graphics-based project
planning and scheduling using new planning concepts, new scheduling
concepts and new graphics-based software systems. Further, this invention
permits an inexperienced user to simultaneously plan and schedule a
project including establishing appropriate relationship (or dependency)
links between activities, also commonly referred to as tasks, and between
activities and milestones. This invention offers the simplest possible
scheme of thought that can tie together activities, relationships and
milestones, with or without deadlines, to yield a complete, correct
network project schedule in the shortest possible time.

Slope
Determination System
A hand-held system for determining the slope
of an element having an irregular surface, such as a
shingled roof, or along a surface that is partially obscured
by adjacent elements. The system comprises an inclinometer
having a double indicator to provide two simultaneous
readings of slope.

SHADING SYSTEMS
A system for improved exterior shading devices of highly adaptable
configurations. The system comprises several cantilever shade structures
usable in the shading of land vehicles. |
|
LOAD SAFEGUARD SYSTEMS
A system for improved monitoring of changes in the location and conditions surrounding vehicles and shippable property, utilizing fixed and moveable logic processors, which communicate with each other as well as receivers. Non-continuous signaling may be used to provide for reduced power consumption, and network coupling may be used to provided for exporting information to anywhere in the world by means of, for example GSM/GPS infrastructures.

Premanufactured
Portable Concrete House
This invention provides a premanufactured
portable concrete house and efficient systems for making such a
house and for providing portability to a housing site. Floor, roof,
and wall components are made by casting concrete in molds with
features such as electrical and water conduits being
concrete-embedded during the casting. Also concrete-embedded in the
various house components are steel plates used for welding to secure
the components to each other during assembly of a portable house.
Spaced core holes for holding lift rods are cast into the periphery
of the floor/foundation component; and these are used as lift points
in lifting the house onto a truck for transport to a housing site.

Solar Power
Systems for Self-Contained Fueling Stations
This invention relates to solar power systems
for self-contained fueling stations. More particularly, this
invention concerns the attachment to and above such a
fueling station of a post-mounted solar power system,
including a solar array providing shade for a shielded box
holding a battery and a power control system with a
wireless-remote-controlled safety power cutoff system. Such
post and solar power system may be folded down adjacent the
fueling station, thus enabling easier transport of the
fueling station. The safety power cutoff system includes a
series of relay switches for disabling key-switch control of
a fuel pump.
